KÜT Okey Terms of Service

These terms supplement the baseline Ayberk Kaya Terms of Service and cover features unique to KÜT Okey. Where the two conflict, these terms govern the game.

1. Chips Are Not Money

Chips in KÜT Okey are a scorekeeping device and nothing else. They have no monetary value, are not a currency, and are not property.

  • Chips cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or anything of value, by us or by anyone else.
  • Chips cannot be transferred, gifted, or traded between players. The game provides no mechanism to do so and we will not build one.
  • Chips are never refundable, and a chip balance does not survive account deletion.

KÜT Okey is a simulated card-and-tile game. It is not gambling, offers no opportunity to win anything of real-world value, and no purchase can improve your odds in a hand — the deal is random and independently verifiable (see §3).

2. Buy-Ins and Table Stakes

Sitting at a table costs chips. That cost is charged when you are seated and is not returned if you leave the table mid-game — the other players are relying on your seat. If our server shuts down in an orderly way before a game finishes, buy-ins are returned automatically.

3. Fair Dealing

Every hand is dealt from a cryptographically random seed. Before the deal, the server publishes a SHA-256 commitment to that seed; after the hand, it reveals the seed itself, and the game verifies the match on your device. You can repeat the check yourself outside the app.

You may not use bots, automation, modified clients, or multiple accounts to gain an advantage, and you may not interfere with the game server. We may end your access for doing so.

4. Chat

KÜT Okey has no free-text chat. Players can send only one of twenty preset lines, and only at a table. See the Community Guidelines.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are disabled in the current version. When they are enabled, all payments are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms, purchased chips are consumed on delivery, and refunds are handled by Apple — not by us. Buying chips never buys a better hand.

6. Ending Access

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or end access to accounts that cheat, abuse other players, or attack the service.

KÜT Okey Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar Ayberk Kaya temel Kullanım Koşullarını tamamlar ve KÜT Okey’e özgü özellikleri kapsar. İkisi çeliştiğinde oyun için bu koşullar geçerlidir.

1. Çip Para Değildir

KÜT Okey’deki çip bir puan aracıdır, başka bir şey değil. Parasal değeri yoktur, para birimi değildir ve mülk değildir.

  • Çip paraya, mala veya değeri olan hiçbir şeye çevrilemez — ne bizim tarafımızdan ne de başkası tarafından.
  • Çip oyuncular arasında aktarılamaz, hediye edilemez, takas edilemez. Oyun bunun için bir yol sunmaz ve sunmayacaktır.
  • Çip hiçbir koşulda iade edilmez ve hesap silindiğinde çip bakiyesi de gider.

KÜT Okey bir benzetim oyunudur. Kumar değildir, gerçek dünyada değeri olan hiçbir şey kazandırmaz ve hiçbir satın alma bir eldeki şansınızı artırmaz — dağıtım rastgeledir ve bağımsız olarak doğrulanabilir (bkz. §3).

2. Masa Girişi

Masaya oturmak çipe mal olur. Bu bedel oturduğunuz anda alınır ve oyunun ortasında masadan kalkarsanız geri verilmez — diğer oyuncular o koltuğa güveniyor. Sunucumuz bir oyun bitmeden düzenli biçimde kapanırsa giriş bedelleri kendiliğinden iade edilir.

3. Adil Dağıtım

Her el kriptografik olarak rastgele bir tohumdan dağıtılır. Dağıtımdan önce sunucu o tohumun SHA-256 taahhüdünü yayınlar; el bittikten sonra tohumun kendisini açıklar ve oyun eşleşmeyi sizin cihazınızda doğrular. Aynı kontrolü uygulamanın dışında kendiniz de tekrarlayabilirsiniz.

Avantaj sağlamak için bot, otomasyon, değiştirilmiş istemci veya birden çok hesap kullanamaz, oyun sunucusuna müdahale edemezsiniz. Bunları yapan erişimini kaybedebilir.

4. Sohbet

KÜT Okey’de serbest metin sohbeti yoktur. Oyuncular yalnızca yirmi hazır satırdan birini ve yalnızca masadayken gönderebilir. Bkz. Topluluk Kuralları.

5. Satın Almalar

Mevcut sürümde uygulama içi satın alma kapalıdır. Açıldığında tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından Apple’ın koşullarıyla işlenir, satın alınan çip teslimde tüketilir ve iadeleri biz değil Apple yürütür. Çip almak daha iyi bir el satın almaz.

6. Erişimin Sonlandırılması

Hesabınızı Ayarlar’dan istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz; bu anında ve kalıcıdır. Hile yapan, diğer oyunculara kötü davranan veya hizmete saldıran hesapların erişimini durdurabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
