KÜT Okey Privacy Policy

KÜT Okey (“the game”) is an online tile game published by Ayberk Kaya. This notice supplements the baseline Ayberk Kaya Privacy Policy and describes what the game itself collects. Where the two differ, this notice governs KÜT Okey.

1. There Is No Account

KÜT Okey has no email address, no password, and no social sign-in. When you first open the game your device generates a random session token, and that token is your identity. We never learn who you are.

Your in-game display name is assigned by the server from a fixed list — you do not type it and we do not read it from your device.

2. What We Collect

  • Game profile. Chips, level, experience, games played and won, daily streak, and the portrait you pick from a fixed set.
  • Gameplay events. When a session starts and ends, when a game is played, and which of the twenty preset chat lines was sent. These power leaderboards and let us find balance problems.
  • Invite code. A six-character code generated for your profile, and — if you use someone’s code — a link between the two profiles so both sides receive the reward.
  • Notification token. Only if you grant notification permission. It is the address Apple uses to deliver a reminder to your device; it is never shown to other players.

3. What We Do Not Collect

KÜT Okey does not ask for or receive your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or advertising identifier. There is no free-text chat, so no message you write can be stored — the twenty chat lines travel as a number, not as text.

4. Who Processes It

  • Our own server. Game state and profiles live on a server we operate in Germany (Hetzner). All traffic between the game and that server is encrypted (TLS).
  • Apple. Delivers push notifications, and — when in-app purchases are enabled in a later version — processes payment. We never see your card details.

KÜT Okey contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.

5. Deleting Your Data

Open Settings → Delete Account inside the game. This permanently removes your player row — name, chips, level, streaks, invite code, notification token — and detaches your identity from every stored gameplay event. It cannot be undone, and the game confirms only after the deletion has actually happened.

6. Children

KÜT Okey is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

KÜT Okey (“oyun”), Ayberk Kaya tarafından yayınlanan çevrimiçi bir taş oyunudur. Bu bildirim Ayberk Kaya temel Gizlilik Politikasını tamamlar ve oyunun kendisinin ne topladığını anlatır. İkisi çeliştiğinde KÜT Okey için bu bildirim geçerlidir.

1. Hesap Diye Bir Şey Yok

KÜT Okey’de e-posta, parola ve sosyal giriş yoktur. Oyunu ilk açtığınızda cihazınız rastgele bir oturum jetonu üretir ve kimliğiniz o jetondur. Kim olduğunuzu hiçbir zaman öğrenmeyiz.

Oyun içindeki adınız sunucu tarafından sabit bir listeden atanır — siz yazmazsınız, biz de cihazınızdan okumayız.

2. Topladıklarımız

  • Oyun profili. Çip, seviye, tecrübe, oynanan ve kazanılan oyun, günlük seri ve sabit bir kümeden seçtiğiniz portre.
  • Oyun olayları. Oturumun ne zaman başlayıp bittiği, bir oyunun oynandığı ve yirmi hazır sohbet satırından hangisinin gönderildiği. Bunlar sıralamayı besler ve denge sorunlarını görmemizi sağlar.
  • Davet kodu. Profiliniz için üretilen altı karakterlik kod ve — birinin kodunu kullanırsanız — ödülün iki tarafa da ödenebilmesi için iki profil arasındaki bağ.
  • Bildirim jetonu. Yalnızca bildirim izni verdiyseniz. Apple’ın cihazınıza hatırlatma iletmek için kullandığı adrestir; başka oyunculara asla gösterilmez.

3. Toplamadıklarımız

KÜT Okey konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, mikrofonunuzu veya reklam kimliğinizi istemez ve almaz. Serbest metin sohbeti yoktur; dolayısıyla yazdığınız hiçbir mesaj saklanamaz — yirmi sohbet satırı telde metin olarak değil, bir sayı olarak gider.

4. Verileri Kim İşliyor

  • Kendi sunucumuz. Oyun durumu ve profiller Almanya’da (Hetzner) işlettiğimiz bir sunucuda durur. Oyun ile sunucu arasındaki tüm trafik şifrelidir (TLS).
  • Apple. Bildirimleri iletir ve — ileriki bir sürümde uygulama içi satın alma açıldığında — ödemeyi işler. Kart bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.

KÜT Okey’de üçüncü taraf analitik veya reklam SDK’sı yoktur; hiçbir veri satılmaz ve reklamverenlerle paylaşılmaz.

5. Verilerinizi Silmek

Oyunun içinde Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yolunu açın. Bu, oyuncu satırınızı — ad, çip, seviye, seriler, davet kodu, bildirim jetonu — kalıcı olarak siler ve saklanan her oyun olayından kimliğinizi ayırır. Geri alınamaz ve oyun onayı yalnızca silme gerçekten olduktan sonra verir.

6. Çocuklar

KÜT Okey 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
